Found a new favorite at One Dish. They have an incredible variety of options catering to all sorts of food allergies and conditions, even the complex. There are entrees, snacks, and baked goods all cooked in dedicated kitchens free of nuts, gluten, dairy, or there allergens. Oh, and did I mention their GF pizza? Give them a try. You won't be disappointed!

Great place for people that have a gluten allergy. The entire menu is gluten free and their pizza is amazing.

Amazing. If you are gluten free dairy free or just plain anything free- this is the place to eat. It's about time someone opened a restaurant that caters to people who struggle to eat out every day. All of the bread and cookies are home made as well as the condiments. The Reuben is amazing!! Everything is amazing! I live in Seattle but grew up in baltimore- and will def be coming back next time I'm visiting family. Worth the drive!!

I Gluten-free Pizza here is amazing! Great use of alternative ways to make pizza, w/o the use of wheat/gluten. The sandwiches here were average, although the bread used to make them were quite good. Overall, come here if you have Celiac diease, if you are a health nut, or you like to try good solid pizza!

Perhaps the greatest restaurant in the world catering to food allergies. As someone with celiac disease, this was heaven. All different types of classic American fare, most of which in any other form would be completely off-limits to those with dietary restrictions. I had the Rachel sandwich while sharing a white pizza with a friend, and complemented that with cannoli "pie". It was all divine. I could not recommend this restaurant more, it is simply the best. Cheers to the wonderful owner and staff for putting together this masterpiece.

I had lunch there yesterday for the second time. Like the first time, I was extremely pleased with the food. I've been wondering what gluten free food tasted like and was pleased to find out that I couldn't tell the difference. The food was very good and the portion size was quite large. I'd recommend it to anyone who has food allergies.

For those of us who have food allergies, this place is heaven! Their food is incredible. I LOVE the cheese steak (even my gluten eating husband thinks it's better than the real thing). I am very grateful for a place that my family can eat without worrying about cross contamination from food that would harm us. It can get busy, but that doesn't stop us. It's always worth the wait. The sweets could stand a little 'updating' (a tad old school in texture, flavor is great), but I think that's difficult when you're accommodating so many food allergies. All in all, this place is fantastic if you are looking for an allergen friendly restaurant with yummy food. Thanks to the staff who make it possible! Oh and BTW, all tips (optional) go to charities that support food allergies, autism awareness, etc.

Loved this place. The owner is super nice and knowledgeable. We ordered white pizza. It was huge and delicious and completely gluten-free, nut-free, egg-free,fish-free. The cheese was real. So next week, I am going to try dairy-free white pizza. It is so wonderful to have a place like this close to home.

This place was recommended to me by a person at Mom's Organic Market. I had some time to spare and really wanted a turkey club, given that I am sensitive to gluten that is not something I had the pleasure of enjoying recently. The owner was extremely knowledgable in regards to my specific condition and reason for staying away from gluten. He even had books and binders FULL of useful information about any and all food allergies. This is not a "vegan" place or an organic place it is really a place for people with food allergies or sensitivities. Low and behold they had a turkey club!! I ordered that along with their homemade fries and a chocolate cupcake!!! The club was amazing and their gf bread was amazing. The fries were on the small and thin size but also tasty. The cupcake unfortunately left a funny after taste I just couldn't get over. All in all I would definitely recommend this place, however they are very pricey!!

I am a vegetarian, but I opt for vegan meals when they don't include ingredients to which I am allergic. I have a severe allergy to tree nuts, peanuts and other allergens, so eating out can be tricky. Two of my vegan friends highly recommended One Dish so we all went to eat there for lunch. The food was delicious, the service wonderful and the owner herself ensured every measure was taken to prepare my meal safely. She gave me a helpful and thorough orientation of their facility and menu. We will certainly be back. It was so relieving so finally dine out without worrying if there may be a risk of cross contamination.

had a cheesesteak. Once again though they were out of their specials. They were also gouging the shit out of their customers with their prices. They wanted $4 for a cupcake. A slightly smaller than normal regular cupcake. I get gluten free cupcakes from Trader Joes that are awesome for $4 for 4. The owners husband takes the orders and he screws them up every time. He's also kind of a dick. The cheesesteak was good but I really wasnt too happy with the overall package. The novelty of having a gluten-free restaurant is their advantage but if it wasn't gluten-free you would probably go somewhere else. $16 for a cheesesteak and fries in a basket. That was my 3rd time there so I guess the honeymoon is over. If someone else came along and did that in downtown Columbia but better with more seating, professional staff and higher end menu, they would make a killing and this other places business would dwindle. We'll see but I think it'll happen in time. They still get props though for having done it first.

I don't have any allergies, but chose this place to accommodate others in my party. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. I had the pizza which was delicious. And the cheese and steak which was also wonderful. Even though I don't have allergies I would eat here regularly if I lived nearby.

WOW, what a nice place. I really liked the atmosphere and the owners were great. We had a big group (around 6 or 7) and didn't meet anyone rude, and the food was really good.

Fantastic food and restaurant. Fun to be able to walk into a restaurant and be able to eat anything on the menu. Take out or dine in. We love the pizzas - fresh and yummy. Warm up great the next day too. Highly recommend to anyone who is GF or not even!

This place is awesome. Whenever I hear of someone having a food allergy or sensitivity I tell them about this place. I am gluten intolerant and lactose intolerant. I was afraid to try the dairy free cheese. I talked to the owner about it one day, and she kept telling me I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Well, to this day about a year or so later I never order the dairy cheese. The dairy free cheese here is so good. I have tried lactose free cheese before, and never liked the taste. I know when I come here I will never ever get sick. The owner even takes time to know her customers. The gluten free bread is the best I have ever tasted. My mom who isn't gluten free, loves the bread. I always get the steak and cheese its so filled with meat I have to cut it in half to eat it. The carrot cake cupcake is very very good. I always get one before I leave. The price is differently worth it. You will never enter a restaurant that cares so much about food safety and there is no cross contamination. How many restaurants have 2 kitchens? The best part is no outside food is alloweed in, and there are signs every where.

Not matter what your funky allergy is, you can come here and eat without worry and have a somewhat normal dinner. Owners are nice and definitely understand the difficulties in dining out when you have an allergy, so no worries about getting sick from your meal. We stop in every time we are in the area.

BEST GF RESTAURANT EVER! They are knowledgeable, friendly, quick, helpful, and the food is delectable. Get the cold cut, or the BLT, or the wings, or the lemon bars, or any takeout frozen food, or ANYTHING. So so worth every penny. Hoping they are around for a long time (especially because I still wanna try the pizza). Oh, and the menu is color-coded for allergens. Color-coded!

  • Dalton P.

These folks are deeply committed to their craft; food with NO allergens. Gluten free is a no brainer here. Yummy baked good and sandwiches - even a Ruben on "faux rye"..!

  • Ashley C.

Great gluten-free food options that you are unlikely to find elsewhere and knowledgeable, if somewhat overbearing, staff... however, the prices are so high that I had sticker shock! I paid $17 for a sandwich with a side of fries!!! While I know that cooking gluten-free is more expensive, their prices were significantly (as in at least 50%) higher than my other two favorite gluten free restaurants, Sweet 27 and Posana. I gave 3 stars because the food was yummy, but as no sandwich on Earth is worth $17 to me, I will probably not return.

Best pizza I have had in Baltimore, gluten free or not. I got the white, dairy pizza. Everything else is fantastic too. Not to mention how accommodating and friendly the place is.

If you have celiac or any serious food allergy (to casein or nuts or soy), then you will love this place. The crabcake sandwich was very good, and the pumpkin cookie I tried was good (but could have had a bit more in terms of spices in my opinion). If I lived closer, I would definitely frequent One Dish.

Love this restaurant! It's challenging to find safe gluten free dining options in this area. We tried the crab cakes & vegan black bean burger and both were great! They have some meatless and corn free options too which was a nice surprise. The staff was friendly, knowledgable, & very helpful! The location is kind of out of the way, it's nestled in a residential subdivision, but it was worth the drive.

The moment we walked in the door we were assaulted by rudeness. When I asked for a paper menu and the owner told me he didn't have paper menus "forever" and I could move closer to the menu board and read it. Then he barked "how many of you?" We replied that we had 5 he shouted "shoot, you won't get a table I have you in three others waiting." We inquired about an empty table and he barked again, "Those people bothered to call to get reservations." I had been looking forward to dining here because I have illness that prevents me from eating gluten and dairy. My girlfriends were taking me to One Dish for my birthday and after the owner was so incredible rude, we walked right out, so I have no idea how the food was. I'm so incredibly disappointed.

I was really excited to try this place after seeing it was gluten free. The owner was extremely friendly and the food was great. The steak and cheese with a side of fries was yummy. They also have deli meat you can purchase, the ham and turkey are delicious. I also brought home cheese, and it was so creamy. I also had a lemon bar, and it was heavenly. I brought home a tub of pumpkin soup and can't wait to have for lunch on one of these cold days coming up. A must try!

A very safe place to eat for those with food allergies, celiac disease, or food intolerance(s). The food isn't necessarily healthy, but it is tasty! You'll get to eat all the things you've had to live without. The desserts are pretty good, the steak and cheese sandwich and meatball sandwich are both excellent. Fries are also good but portions are small for the price. They also have an assortment of frozen breads and meals you can purchase for later consumption, which is a HUGE plus. The staff and owner are all very knowledgeable and helpful, though sometimes a bit too chatty. I'll certainly take chatty over the alternative though! No real complaints here regarding service. It's a solid place to eat a safe meal out for those who can't safely eat anywhere else, and the food is so good it will actually taste good to people who aren't bound to eating allergen free food. The 3 stars (instead of 4 or 5) is simply because of the price. I know it's expensive running such an establishment, but it's too expensive to eat here more than once every few weeks. For example: A frozen loaf of bread is $9, and it's pretty small. A sandwich with no side or drink will run you about $12. You'll be hard pressed to eat a full meal here for less than $15 a person. You'll hit $20 easily with a drink and dessert. Again, it's pricey, but certainly worth it under the right conditions.

This Restaurant is Simply Amazing. It is 100% Gluten Free, and 100% allergen friendly. For those with Milk/Casein Allergies, there is a Blue Menu that is completely allergen free, and the Green Menu for just no Gluten. They told us they have 2 separate kitchens, 1 for the blue and 1 for the green menu. The owners were there working, and when we walked in the first thing they ask is what allergies we have. They are very knowledgeable, and very nice people. After you Order, you find a Seat. You can sit outside or inside. Inside was a very nice, clean atmosphere. I got the cheeseburger off the Blue Menu and it was delicious. It came with fries, and I was very comfortable eating it. Afterwards, I got a Vanilla Cupcake, which was Delicious. I went there on a Sunday, not to busy, just a perfect place to eat if you have allergies, and I would highly recommend.

As most people describe this is an incredible find for those of us with varying food issues. The gluten-free pizza crust was the best I have ever had. The owner explained my different options. When I told her I did not care for their non-dairy cheese on pizza, she encouraged me to try it with their nondairy cream sauce instead. It was delightfully superb. What you get here is great tasting food with attention to food sensitivities. You also get amazing passion from the owners. They know what they are doing and go for quality (i.e. they do not use heat lamps because heat lamps only dry out the food). If I lived closer, it would be a treat to come for breakfast. They are talking about franchising and I would love to see a cafe closer to me! However, visiting here would be an occasional treat as though the place caters to food sensitivities and prepared in-house, the ingredients are highly refined. I eat plant-based, gluten-free foods. I can eat here but there are a lot of starches and white-rice flours used. I can understand the need for the plastic and paperware but it undercutted the yumminess of the food. I wonder if they would let me bring in some of my own dishes? :)

I bet you all the money in the world that you've never had banana bread this good ever in your life, because there's none better... no banana bread is better. I'm so serious.

Not only is the food high quality & safe for me to eat, but I learn SO much about my gluten intolerance by coming to One Dish Cuisine. I love visiting because the owners knew my food needs by the second visit, my name by the third, and are always very welcoming and helpful! The meat is high quality, just like the stuff I buy at home, and I'm happy to pay more for higher quality ingredients. It's always neat to hear how far people have come from to eat here, and the food is totally worth it! Even if you don't have anyone with you who has a food allergy or sensitivity, it's definitely worth the visit!!

I had a great lunch here at One Dish. Finally, a dairy free red pepper tomato bisque! It was bursting with flavor and nicely seasoned. I ordered the grilled Rachel, with Daiya cheese on the homemade "rye." The overall creamy yummy sandwich was great. I had to try their fries on the side. Thinly cut, super crispy, I loved them! I feel like I have to warn my 2015 American counterparts that portion sizes are small. They're what portion sizes were in the 1950s. It meant I could try a little bit of everything without getting too much food and its a good reminder of where we should be. Prices have been mentioned as being higher, but that's what happens when you're not eating factory made food. I will be back for pizza and baked goods!

I found this place to be an amazing place, especially for those with serious food issues. Not only do they have many choices to include amazing baked goods, but they make everything from scratch...They stated that they do this as a means of controlling the ingredients. These days our food is so contaminated and they do a great job in controlling all ingredients, including having a second kitchen to control for allergens and cross contamination. Great work! Let me add, if you know anyone that has celiac disease, please let them know!

Excellent service, amazing food, the owners actually care and seem to develop close relationships with their guests. I drove 2 hours to be here and it was worth every minute.

I'm sad I didn't like this place! The atmosphere and staff were great but the food was a definite thumbs down. I'm a vegan and my fiancé isn't so we figured this place would be a great compromise for both of us to eat. I ordered the black bean burger with daiya cheese then he got a cheesesteak sandwich. My burger was large and looked/smelled great but it had absolutely no flavor! Like I had to add salt to it to tolerate it!! It was essentially a patty of mashed canned black beans on a bun with no seasoning at all. Not really what I was looking for at all. Fries were good though... But also lacked salt. My fiancé wasn't totally wild about his sandwich he described it as below to average. The crazy thing is that my burger came with fries and his cheesesteak which was roughly $5 more than mine came with a package of Utz plain chips. Like really? If you pay $15 for a sandwich the least you can do is give some fries :( To top off the meal it was kinda pricey for why was received. 2 sandwiches for $31 and the need for one person to go home and eat more food is a definite 4 thumbs down in my book :( But again the staff were very friendly and the environment was cute... Sadly that's not enough though

I'm a fan! Maureen helped me out so much. As a long time GF-er (since about 1990) I have been praying for a safe haven - and wow! it's around the corner from my home. One Dish is the answer to my prayers. Big Ups! Love the team, the owner and the location - OH! and the food is delicious, too!

I have only been here twice so far, but I felt so compelled to write this review based on my most recent experience. Last time I was in, I had a club sandwich while my Aunt and cousin shared a pizza. The pizza was amazing and I loved the sandwich, gobbling the whole thing up. Tonight a girlfriend and I were looking for gluten free pizza to order to eat at home and (luckily) a local chain's phone was disconnected or off the hook for some reason. After dialing their number half a dozen times I reluctantly suggested to make the further trek to One Dish, and was so glad that I did. The service was more than pleasant and efficient. The pizza was better than I remembered. Thin, chewy dough. Crispy buttery edges. The flavor of the crust is insane! Really fresh and delicious ingredients. We literally polished off the entire thing just the two of us. We also took home two "french toast" gluten free cupcakes. They were VERY delicious, so moist and fluffy, I don't think I would call the flavor "french toast" necessarily. It seemed like a cinnamon cake with a buttercream frosting. Don't get me wrong it was delicious, but when I think of french toast I think of maple syrup. Try a maple frosting! :) Bomb.com and I will be back again VERY soon for more pizzas and treats xoxoxoxoxo

The pizza crust is the doughyest gf thin crust I've ever found. The honey/old bay wings were surprisingly delectable. The chocolate brownie cake is so rich and sinful you can break it into tiny pieces and enjoy as wanted. My gf mouth is soo happy.

Very good gluten free vegan burger, still excellent with vegan cheese and mayo. Yummy and filling. I did not get the veggie Margarita pizza since that was too much last time.
